Retently’s interface features a crystal-clear design - you can immediately tell where everything is and what everything does from the first few seconds:

  • You can easily interact with respondents straight from the Dashboard.
  • The delivery stats showcase your overall response rate.
  • Pretty much no time has to be spent on getting used to the UI, and any new users you invite likely won’t require training.
  • You can easily segment the latest responses by Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.

AskNicely UI

AskNicely’s UI looks more professional now since it was recently updated. The colors feel a bit off though, and the white background can be a bit tiresome, but the overall UX is more streamlined:

  • The interface has a smooth, clean design.
  • You can’t filter the NPS data per campaign.
  • Tooltips wouldn’t have been a bad idea since the icons themselves aren’t always intuitive for new users.
  • You can share your NPS dashboard on a TV so that everybody in a room can keep track of your NPS score. However, setting it up can be quite a hassle.
